Daron Malakian, System of a Down's guitarist/songwriter, will be launching his own side project called Scars On Broadway. System of a Down, currently preparing a video for the song "Lonely Day" will be on tour throughout the summer. A brief respite is planned for the band who released two albums last year. Malakian, one to rarely just sit around and relax, says "We all want to take a little bit of a break..but I don't want to sit around, so I'm going to make an album."
