Hello everyone and welcome to Navel Gazing: your look back in the week in Punknews. I'm Bryne Yancey and I'll be your guide through some of the juiciest, most popular and otherwise noteworthy stories from the last seven days. Remember, every Punknews story is built from tips from our wonderful, good-looking readers, so get to submitting. Here's what got the strange, slow and old community talking this week:

Against Me! frontman Tom Gabel claimed "serious mistakes" were made by the group's former label, Sire/Warner. A major label out of touch? You don't say!
Speaking of major labels, former Hellcat Records act Orange are in talks with several major labels according to frontman Joe Dexter, dropping names such as "Jive, Sony and Warners just to name a few." Personally, I think they should sign to Capitols or Geffens.
Henry Rollins revealed that he helped produce an album of acoustic pop songs by infamous killer Charles Manson in the 1980s.
The Lawrence Arms and Sundowner have been added to the Asian Man 15th Anniversary Party. Rumor has it they'll be taking the same flight over to California.
Popmatters posted its best punk of 2010 list, which included favorites from The Riot Before and Leatherface. In retaliation, we at Punknews.org will be revealing our list of the best pop of 2010 very soon. Will Ke$ha make the list? Who knows!
Finally, we begun revealing our industry best-of lists for 2010, which always sparks a great debate among our community. Look for more of these in the coming weeks.

With that, we hand over this Sunday evening to the Punknews community, where anything is possible, from the next amusing-then-overwrought meme, to the creation of bands and message boards, to alienating sports chatter. So talk amongst yourselves and we'll see you Monday morning.
