Hello everyone and welcome to Navel Gazing: your look back in the week in Punknews. Beloved Punknews staff member and Red Tape Parade / The Sandwiches lead singer, Wauz Kenobi, passed away after a battle with cancer. He is deeply missed.
Pennywise announced plans to release a box set and begin working ion a new album for their 25th anniversary.
Chie Cheng of The Deftones passed away after being in a coma since November 2008 from injuries sustained in a car accident.
The Fest 12 launched it's new website, extended to 6 days, and announced the initial lineup.
Yesterday was Record Store Day and we were curious to know if our readers support the celebration.
Less Than Jake rejoined Fat Wreck Chords and unveiled plans for a new record.
The Red Scare Across America Tour was announced with Masked Intruder, Elway, and Sam Russo filling out the roster.
