As you may know, punk rock legend Ron Reyes, who has played in Black Flag, Red Cross, Crash bang Crunch Pop, the Happy Tampons, and other bands has stated he is going to retire from live music for the time being. Currently, he plays guitar in the band Piggy, who plan to pack it in after two final gigs this weekend. Reyes says he may do an occasional live guest appearance or a feature spot on a studio recording. He also says he may release some demo material, but for the most part, plans to retire from live music. See his statement below. Punknews wishes this champion the best in his future endeavors.
