Banner Pilot. The band will record at the Terrarium in their hometown next week for a
fall release.
Berkeley, CA's
Rancid have made the song "
Last One To Die" available online. The track appears on the upcoming full length Let the Dominoes Fall. That album will also be available in a 3 disk expanded edition including an
acoustic disc and a DVD.
This week Senator Charles E. Schumer introduced legislation to target ticket scalping as well as ticket resellers like TicketNow. The bill would require a two-day waiting period from when tickets go on sale before a reseller can buy those tickets to put on the
secondary market.
Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor is
urging musicians to go independent. He stated "Anyone who's an executive at a record label does not understand what the internet is, how it works, how people use it, how fans and consumers interact - no idea."

NOFX has hinted at an upcoming

Gaslight Anthem has been performing
acoustic and discussed a more "rock sound" for their 2010 album.

planning their 10th anniversary show.
The
Dead Milkmen have been added to
